- DescriptionThis 1969 Land Cruiser FJ40 is powered by a 350ci Chevrolet V8 linked with a four-speed manual transmission, both of which are said to have been installed under prior ownership in 2022. The truck is finished in Red with a black roof, and equipment includes 15″ wheels, manually locking front hubs, Bilstein front shocks, tubular bumpers, a receiver hitch, a removable hardtop, a heater, zipper windows, fabric doors, Toyota-branded floor coverings, and rear seats. The truck was acquired by the seller in 2022. This FJ40 is now offered with a clean Montana title in the seller’s name. The truck wears a repaint in Freeborn Red and with a soft top black roof. Other features include tubular bumpers, a triple hitch receiver, side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The front seats are trimmed in replacement black upholstery, and cabin equipment includes a dash pad, a heater, Toyota-branded floor coverings, manual wind-up windows, and an aftermarket shifter knob. The rear area features a pair of inward-facing jump seats trimmed in black vinyl. The steering wheel frames a gray instrument panel housing a speedometer and auxiliary gauges, although only the fuel-level gauge works. Aftermarket auxiliary gauges have been fitted beneath the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 61k miles, and the total mileage is unknown. The 350ci V8 was reportedly sourced from a Chevrolet and installed in 2017. Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a replacement GM Muncie SM465 four-speed manual transmission that is said to have been installed in 2017.
